Authors of previously unpublished work must complete the Author Release Form - Unpublished Work.

Authors of previous published work must complete the Author Release Form - Previously Published Work and the Journal Release Form - Previously Published Work.

Email a copy of your work and the appropriate forms filled, signed, and dated by all parties to UAJOM@medicine.arizona.edu, in WORD FORM (docx or doc) with your name in the subject line. We do not use the Open Journal Systems submissions system.

Please direct artwork inquiries to UAJOM@medicine.arizona.edu, with ATTN: DESIGN EDITOR in the subject line.
